ISPSC NARVACAN CAMPUS STUNS WITH TOP AWARDS AT THE SYSTEMWIDE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT RESEARCH CONGRESS 2026
The Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College – Narvacan Campus proudly celebrates the outstanding achievements of its student researchers during the Systemwide Undergraduate Student Research Congress 2026, held via virtual platform on April 14, 2026, with the theme: “Empowering Undergraduate Research for Institutional Growth and Universityhood.”
This success is made possible through the strong leadership and support of Dr. Mario P. Obrero, SUC President III, Atty. Joe Cabatu the Campus Director of ISPSC Narvacan Campus, and the guidance of Mr. Christian C. Molina, Research Coordinator and Director of the Fisheries and Aquamarine Resources Research Center (FARRC).
