To provide students with Guidance and Counseling services which assist them in solving personal and interpersonal problems.

The Office of Guidance and Counseling (OGC) is one of the Service Offices of this University, which extends assistance and guidance to students pertaining to problems in academics and career options, personal problems which concern his personality, family problems, educational and job placement needs. The OGC believes that every student is a unique individual, who has rights to discover his innate potentials to understand, accept and direct himself towards self-actualization.

Today, we commemorate 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝘿𝙖𝙮 by honoring the courage, sacrifices, and unwavering love for our country shown by the heroes who paved the way for the freedom and opportunities we have today.

May their stories remind us that heroism is not only found in great acts, but also in everyday acts of courage, service, compassion, and integrity.

As we remember those who came before us, may we also strive to become heroes in our own way—by serving others, standing for what is right, and making a meaningful difference in our communities.

📅 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧 — 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙-𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

Please be guided that September 1, 2026, is exclusively designated for First-Year students to request and process their Good Moral Certificates. This arrangement is intended to prioritize First-Year students who have earlier deadlines for document submission.

Second-Year to Fourth-Year students are encouraged to process their Good Moral Certificate requests starting the second week of September 2026.

All students are expected to strictly follow the prescribed schedule to ensure an orderly and efficient processing of requests.

The orientation marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter as our freshmen were introduced to the University’s programs, services, policies, and opportunities that will guide them throughout their college journey.

More than an orientation, BatStateU Salubong is a celebration of new beginnings, new connections, and new possibilities. May this be the first of many meaningful experiences that shape you into confident, responsible, and future-ready Red Spartans. ✨
