On 100700H May 2026 with pride, discipline, and honor, the BatStateU-TNEU Apolinario R. Apacible School of Fisheries Nasugbu ROTC Unit successfully conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025-2026.

The ceremony showcased the unity, dedication, leadership, and military excellence of our Corps of Cadets as they demonstrated precision drills in Battalion ceremonial parade, M16, Special Unit Tactics, Map reading and theoretical examination.

More than a parade, this event symbolizes the ROTC’s commitment in shaping disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented citizen soldiers who are always ready to serve the nation. Through every command, salute, and synchronized movement, our cadets embodied patriotism, teamwork, courage, and leadership.

Salute to all cadet officers, basic cadets, training staff, band platoon, school officials, and the RAATI Evaluation Team headed by COL VIRGILIO C. HAMOS JR INF (GSC), PA for making this momentous event successful.

On 100700H May 2026 with pride, discipline, and honor, the BatStateU-TNEU Apolinario R. Apacible School of Fisheries Nasugbu ROTC Unit successfully conducted the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2025-2026.

Mark your calendars! The Regional Anual Administrative Tactical Inspection will take place on May 10, 2026 (0700H) at the Training Ground.

All cadets are required to wear proper uniform, bring their rifle, and observe proper grooming.

All participants are reminded to observe proper bearing and discipline throughout the inspection, arrive on time, ensure they have eaten and rested well beforehand, and bring a packed lunch as no food will be provided on-site. Everyone must wear the complete uniform consisting of the ROTC shirt, denim blue fitted pants, garrison belt, bullcap, white socks, and white shoes with shoelaces always hidden, along with a white handkerchief. Rifles must be carried by designated personnel, medics must bring their medkits, and gloves should be prepared by those required to wear them.

Grooming standards must be strictly followed: all nails should be trimmed, male cadets must have a neat haircut, and female cadets must wear their hair in a bun with a hairnet; short hair must be secured with hairpins. Prepare all items today to avoid forgetting anything tomorrow. Your cooperation and readiness will ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection.

In preparation for the upcoming Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) on May 10, please be informed of our scheduled preparatory training: May 8–9, 2026 Location: Batangas State University – ARASOF Nasugbu

We would like to assure all cadets that this activity has been fully coordinated with all respective colleges. Your instructors have been notified, and an approved letter has been distributed to each college to ensure a smooth schedule.
