𝗜𝗖𝗬𝗠𝗜 | In a proactive move to promote road safety and institutional welfare, Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) partnered with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to conduct a Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) specifically for BiPSUnista students and university employees. 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 | 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is now accepting applications for the Bagong Pilipinas Merit Scholarship Program for incoming first-year college students.

Qualified applicants must belong to the Top 5 of their graduating class or have a minimum General Weighted Average (GWA) of 95% (or its equivalent), must enroll in CHED-identified priority programs, and meet the other qualifications indicated in the pubmat.

Interested applicants may scan the QR code or visit http://bpms.ched.gov.ph

Deadline for submission of applications is June 30, 2026, or until available slots are filled.
