June 2, 2026 | Baccalaureate Mass & Recognition Rites

Norzagaray College held its Baccalaureate Mass and Recognition Rites on June 2, 2026 at Atty. Amador Dela Merced Sports Complex honoring graduating students for their academic achievements while offering prayers and thanksgiving for their educational journey.

The event commenced with a solemn Baccalaureate Mass celebrated by Rev. Fr. Carlos Cruz, who reminded students to carry with them the values of humility, perseverance, and faith as they embark on a new chapter of their lives. In his homily, he emphasized that success is not only measured by achievements but also by the character built through challenges and experiences.

Following the Mass, the Recognition Rites celebrated students who excelled in academics, leadership, and extracurricular activities. Awards were given to honor outstanding performance and dedication throughout the school year.

One of the highlights of the ceremony was the awarding of medals to eight (8) Magna Cum Laude and forty (40) Cum Laude across all programs.

Certificates were also given to all Academic Achievers in recognition of their efforts and commitment to excellence.

The Baccalaureate Mass and Recognition Rites served as a meaningful celebration of both spiritual reflection and academic success, inspiring students to move forward with confidence and gratitude as they prepare for graduation.

In preparation for the opening of classes on June 29, 2026, Hon. Congressman Salvador A. Pleyto donated paint to Norzagaray College.

Dr. Ma. Liberty Pascual expressed her appreciation and emphasized that Linis Kolehiyo is more than just a clean-up drive. It is a collective effort that strengthens the partnership among stakeholders in ensuring that students return to classrooms that are safe, organized, and conducive to learning.

June 3, 2026 | NC 16th Commencement Exercises 🎓

Pride, joy, and achievement filled the atmosphere as Norzagaray College held its 16th Commencement Exercises at Camp Praise Valley, Brgy. Partida, Norzagaray, Bulacan on June 3, 2026, celebrating the academic success of 329 graduating students from various programs.

With the theme, "NC Graduates: Committed to Local and Global Goals", the ceremony recognized the perseverance, hard work, and resilience of students who successfully completed their academic journey despite challenges encountered throughout their college years.

The event commenced with a procession of graduands with their proud parents/companion, staff, faculty members, school officials, members of the Board of Trustees and the commencement speaker, Hon. Congressman Salvador A. Pleyto.

In his speech, Cong. Pleyto shared his plan of reconstructing the Atty. Amador dela Merced Sports Complex (NC Gymnasium) and additional scholarship grants to qualified and deserving NCians.

As the graduates turned their tassels and officially concluded their college journey, they now step forward into a new chapter, equipped with knowledge, skills, and aspirations to pursue their dreams and make meaningful contributions to their respective fields and communities.

The commencement exercises ended with cheers, photo opportunities, and heartfelt farewells, marking both an end and a beginning for the class of 2026.

May 21, 2026 | Employees' Spiritual Recollection

In an effort to strengthen spiritual growth, personal reflection, and camaraderie among employees, the faculty and staff of Norzagaray College gathered for a meaningful recollection program held on May 21, 2026 at Audio-Visual Room.

The activity conducted by the Guidance and Counseling Center (GCC) led by Mrs. Lalaine Lopez, RGC, aimed to provide an opportunity for administrators, teaching and non-teaching personnel to pause from their daily responsibilities and reflect on their personal and professional lives. With the theme, “One Community in Faith: Strengthening Bonds in Service”, the recollection encouraged participants to deepen their faith and strengthen relationships within the school community.

The program featured inspirational talk, reflection sessions, group sharing, prayer moments, and activities designed to promote self-awareness, teamwork, and spiritual well-being. The invited speaker, Mr. Arnolfo M. Cura, M.C.C.,Ph D, emphasized the importance of gratitude, resilience, and dedication in fulfilling one’s role as an educator and member of one community.

May 14, 2026 | 2nd Completion Rites of EDUKalEDAD Program

The Office of Community Extension Services (CES) of Norzagaray College headed by its Coordinator, Ms. Romailyn Flores, had the 2nd Completion Rites for twenty three (23) senior citizens who had successfully completed all the lecture/trainings under the EDUKalEDAD program.

Dr. Liberty Pascual, College President, warmly welcomed everyone in the momentous event as she proudly announced the international recognition received by NC in World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI) 2026 because of the EDUKalEDAD program. She mentioned that NC ranked 66th under the Culture/Values category which made a significant impact bringing the institution into the global stage.

Hon. Mayor Maria Elena Germar who served as guest speaker expressed her gratitude and congratulated NC community as the institution gave pride and honor to the municipality of Norzagaray.

A symbolic plaque with the WURI certificate was unveiled during the program. Faculty members, staff and students were also given recognition with their spirit of volunteerism in CES projects. A certificate of recognition was also awarded to Dr. Pascual as transformative leader that made community impact.
