📢 NOTICE: STRICT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FETCHERS & VISITORS LOGBOOK
In line with our continued commitment to strengthening school safety and security measures, we would like to inform everyone that the Fetchers & Visitors Logbook and Visitor ID Requirement are existing campus security protocols that will now be strictly enforced.
Effective immediately, all fetchers, parents, guardians, visitors, suppliers, and other non-school personnel entering the campus are required to register in the logbook upon entry and before leaving the premises.
Visitor ID Requirement: All visitors must surrender one (1) valid government-issued, company, or school ID to the Security Office upon entry. The ID will be safely kept by Security and returned upon signing out and exiting the campus. Visitors who are unable to present a valid ID will be respectfully declined entry, unless prior authorization has been granted by school management.
The strict implementation of these protocols aims to:
- Strengthen campus safety and security.
- Maintain an accurate record of all individuals entering and exiting the school.
- Help ensure the safety and well-being of our students, employees, and visitors.
- Promote a more secure, organized, and accountable campus environment.
