Dear Incoming Students,
To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment process, please follow the steps below:

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS

1. PRE-REGISTRATION
Scan the QR code or access the registration link https://sjc-o.lamparasystem.com/pre-registration/college.

2. VERIFICATION OF THE STUDENT’S INFORMATION
Proceed to Room E102 at SJCOI Elementary Campus.

3. FILL OUT REQUIRED FORMS at Room E102.
OSA Form
Data Privacy Form
Discipline Form

4. SUBJECT VERIFICATION
Proceed to Room E103 for verification of subjects.

5. SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS and ADD TO CLASS
Proceed to the Registrar’s Office to submit all required documents at the designated windows.
Students will then be added to their respective classes.

6. FITTING OF UNIFORM
Proceed to the uniform fitting area at the SJCOI Elementary Stage

7. ASSESSMENT
Proceed to Room E103 for assessment of fees.

8. PAYMENT
Pay the assessed fees at the cashier located at the Second Floor of the Admin Building, Junior High School Campus.

9. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT
Present your payment receipt at the Registrar’s Office and complete the enrollment confirmation process. Your registration form will be stamped “ENROLLED”.

10. SUBMISSION OF ENROLLMENT COPY
Submit a copy of your enrollment form/registration form to the Dean’s Office.
