Extending Compassion, Sharing Hope
🤝❤️

The Criminology Department extends its heartfelt support to the families affected by the recent fire by donating used but well-maintained clothing to help meet their immediate needs.

This outreach initiative was led by the Dean of the College of Criminology, Ms. Irine B. Lato, together with the dedicated Criminology Instructors, John Lowe Salinas, Wency Heyrosa, April Lou Agawin, Cherrylyn Surdilla, and Siegfried Salas and the Department Officers, reflecting the department's commitment to service, compassion, and community solidarity.

May this simple act of kindness bring comfort, hope, and strength to those rebuilding their lives. Together, we can make a meaningful difference.

Today, we stand here with hearts full of gratitude as we mark the completion of the On-the-Job Training of our criminology interns. This moment is not only a milestone for our students, but also a testament to the invaluable support extended by our partner bureaus and offices.

To the respective agencies who opened not only your doors but also your hearts to our interns, we offer our sincerest thanks. Your willingness to guide, mentor, and share your expertise has provided our students with experiences far beyond what the classroom alone could offer. You have allowed them to witness the realities of service, discipline, and professionalism in the field of criminology.

Your patience in teaching, your commitment to shaping future professionals, and your trust in our interns have left a lasting impact. Because of you, they have grown not only in knowledge and skills, but also in character, responsibility, and purpose.

To our interns, this journey was not always easy but through the support of these offices and your determination to learn, you have successfully reached the end of your OJT. Carry forward the lessons, values, and inspiration you have gained.
