The 12th Regional Congress & Skills Competition has officially concluded — and what an incredible three-day showcase of talent, leadership, and excellence it has been!
Held at JRMSU / Dapitan City Cultural and Sports Center, Dapitan City from November 26–28, 2025, this year’s congress brought together the best and brightest Tourism and Hospitality students and educators from across Region IX.
