📅 Application Period: September 3 – November 30, 2026

👩‍🎓 Who May Apply?
Applicants who are:
• Graduating Senior High School students; or
• Senior High School graduates who have not yet enrolled in any college or university; and
• Willing to take the NEUST College Admission Test (CAT).

📋 What to Prepare?

Applicants must provide truthful and complete information and submit the required academic documents, including:
• Grade 11 Senior High School Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character

If the Grade 11 Report Card is not yet available, the prescribed alternative academic documents may be submitted, subject to OAR verification.

2. Complete the online application form.
3. Upload the required documents.
4. Review and submit your application.
5. Regularly check your registered email address and admission portal for verification results, examination schedule, and official announcements.

Important: Applying for the CAT does not mean that you are already admitted to NEUST. Applicants must first undergo document verification and qualification for the CAT before an Examination Permit is issued. Likewise, passing the CAT does not automatically guarantee admission. Admission remains subject to the applicable admission requirements, program capacity, and other approved criteria.

📌 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱/𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀: A minimum Grade 11 GWA of 85% is required for admission consideration. Meeting this requirement does not guarantee admission.

Please be advised that the information circulating on social media, suggesting that Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) may accept those who failed to pass the entrance examination through a request for reconsideration,
𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆.

The process of accepting first-year students is through the entrance examination; hence, a request for reconsideration is not a method to enter the University. The administration understands the situation of the students, but the University has limited absorptive capacity as mandated by law.
