As the semester officially comes to a close today, the Guidance and Counseling Office would like to congratulate every student for making it through another challenging academic journey. 💙

There were moments filled with pressure, stress, sleepless nights, deadlines, and self-doubt - times when you thought you could not continue anymore. Yet despite everything, you kept going. And now, here you are, reaching the finish line. 🌱

Always remember that your grades do not define your worth. What truly matters is your courage, resilience, and determination to continue even during difficult days.

Take this time to rest, breathe, and appreciate how far you have come. You survived the semester you once thought you would not — and that alone is already something to be proud of.

Although the semester is officially closed, the Guidance and Counseling Office will remain open and ready to listen, support, and guide students who may need assistance, counseling, or someone to talk to. 🤍

The Guidance Services Office of Pampanga State University – San Fernando Campus is here to support you in your personal, academic, and emotional well-being. Our office provides a safe and supportive space where students can openly share their concerns and receive proper guidance.

If you prefer to talk from the comfort of where you are, you may schedule an online counseling session. Students who prefer a more personal interaction are also welcome to visit the office for on-site counseling. Simply scan the QR code to set an appointment.

If you notice that someone around you may be going through a difficult time, you may help them by submitting a referral for counseling through the QR code. Your referral may help them receive the support and guidance they need.
