Pursuant to DBM-CHED Joint Circular No. 3, s. 2022 and Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2026, the 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐑𝐀 𝟒-𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 through the Google Form provided below.

Faculty members of Davao del Norte State College are advised to access the Google Forms 𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐍𝐒𝐂 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬, complete all required fields, and upload the necessary supporting documents to facilitate the verification, processing, and issuance of the requested certifications.

Requests will be processed within 3–5 working days upon receipt of a complete application. Requests with incomplete information and/or insufficient supporting documents will not be processed and will be returned to the requester for compliance.
