We were honored by the presence of our guest of honor speaker DR. WILL TYRON B TIROL represented by our Cristal e-College representative MR. MARK GLEN G BALDO MAEd, Quality Management Representative. And the Commandant of NRCen-EV Cristal e-College CAPT EMMANUEL A PANTALEON (GSC) PN represented by our Deputy Commander CDR ELENO ROLLY T SALDON PN. And also to our very supportive NSTP Coordinator Mrs. MARCHIE A MESAGRANDE.

The Closing Ceremony is not just the end of an activity, but a reminder of the dedication, teamwork, and leadership we built together as one unit. To every cadets and cadettes thank you for your hard work, commitment, and unwavering spirit.

β€ŽThe inspection was conducted under the expert guidance of CPO Rey P Buenafe PN, serving as the lead inspector. He was supported by a dedicated evaluation team consisting of SN1 Joshua A Villa PN, SN2 Marionelle N Quita PN, SN1 Jummel NiΓ±o Jaspe PN(Res) and SN1 Leonides Sollegue Jr PN(Res). Their rigorous and professional oversight ensured a comprehensive and credible assessment of the unit’s operational readiness and performance.

β€ŽThe unit extends its most sincere gratitude to the School President of Cristal e-College, DR. WILL TYRON B TIROL who was represented by Mr. Mark Glen G Baldo, Quality Management Representative. Serving as the Guest of Honor and Speaker (GOHAS), Mr. Baldo was joined by the Chairman, CAPT EMMANUEL A PANTALEON PN (GSC).

β€ŽTheir presence served as a powerful catalyst, inspiring the cadets to surpass expectations. A particularly resonant moment of the ceremony was the GOHAS’s acknowledgment that the sacrifices and steadfast dedication of the cadets are deeply recognized and valued by the institution.

β€ŽA highest commendations to the entire 542nd NROTCAU of Cristal e-College, led by the exemplary M/CAPT ALJUN T BALUNGAG 1CL. This achievement is more than a successful inspection, it is a testament to the unit’s enduring commitment to discipline, leadership, and selfless service to the nation.

Celebrating ROTC Month is about more than just acknowledging the event but rather it is about recognizing the internal shift that happens when you trade comfort for commitment. This month serves as a reminder that leadership isn’t a title you’re given, but a character you forge through the daily grind of discipline and accountability. Every early morning and every drill is an opportunity to sharpen the mind and master the self, proving that true strength comes from doing what is right even when it’s difficult. By choosing the path of the cadet, we aren’t just training to be officers, we are training to be better human beings who lead by example and live with purpose.

The formation commenced with Morning colors, followed by the checking of attendance. The cadets and cadettes conducted training and ex*****on on M16 Familiarization, Lecture, Raid and Ambush, Ceremonial and Arrival Procedures, Flag Identification, Semaphore, morse code, knot tying, Company drill.
