Flight School International Strengthens Safety Culture Through Safety Awareness Seminar and ERP Drill
As part of its ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, Flight School International successfully conducted a Safety Awareness Seminar and Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Drill for its personnel and students last Friday, 29 May 2026.
The Safety Awareness Seminar served as a platform to reinforce safety principles, promote hazard awareness, and enhance understanding of individual responsibilities in maintaining a safe learning and working environment. Participants were reminded that safety is a shared responsibility and a fundamental component of operational excellence.
Following the seminar, an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) Drill was conducted to assess preparedness, coordination, communication, and response effectiveness during emergency situations. The exercise provided valuable opportunities to validate established procedures, identify areas for improvement, and ensure personnel are equipped to respond efficiently and effectively when needed.
