Under the leadership of ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐š๐ข ๐‡๐ž๐ฃ๐ข๐ซ๐š ๐๐ž๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ข ๐Œ. ๐‹๐ข๐ฆ๐›๐จ๐ง๐š, MSU-Maguindanao in Parang continues to provide accessible, quality education across the Iranun Corridor while fostering a welcoming learning environment for every MSUan.

The program included a ๐˜’๐˜ข๐˜ฎ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ฏ ๐˜š๐˜ฆ๐˜ด๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ, the introduction of the faculty and staff, a best outfit competition, a unity dance, and audiovisual presentations featuring the different academic programs offered at the extension campus.

Students also demonstrated their creativity through the booth competition, where they presented their respective booths and welcomed their fellow students. For the new academic year, the extension campus welcomes a total of ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‘ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, composed of 144 first year students and 99 continuing students.

On July 22, 2026, Mindanao State Universityโ€“Maguindanao held a workshop to cascade the New Five-Year Development Plan (NFYDP) targets and conduct the Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR). The event aimed to strengthen performance management and ensure that the Universityโ€™s strategic direction was clearly understood and aligned across academic units. Faculty members participated to gain a deeper understanding of the Universityโ€™s strategic priorities and their roles in achieving its long-term goals.

The workshop ensured that the goals and initiatives of colleges, offices, and faculty members align with the Universityโ€™s Vision, Mission, Core Values, and strategic priorities. It also guided participants in preparing their IPCRs to support the Universityโ€™s objectives in instruction, research, extension, and public service.

On July 2, 2026, MSU-Maguindanao in Parang hosted a comprehensive orientation to unveil transformative academic initiatives, enhanced student welfare programs, and new university policies. Mindanao State Universityโ€“Maguindanao joins the Bangsamoro community and the Muslim Ummah in observing โ€™Amun Jadid, the Islamic New Year and the first day of Muharram.

This occasion is a time for reflection, renewal, and gratitude as it commemorates the Hijrah, the migration of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) from Makkah to Madinah. It reminds us of the values of faith, perseverance, and unity that continue to guide and inspire us.
