The T.L.B. stands for Technology Livelihood Building is one of the largest buildings at Pasay City West High Schoo
l. The year level who has occupied at this building is the Juniors or the senior students. First, the named building was the largest building in the Pasay City West High School, but since then, the TLB building has been separated to two: The SEF building and the TLB building. The T.B. Building stands for Trinidad Building, this building is dedicated to the mayor of Pasay City Atty. Pewee Trinidad. This Building has the size of 45 ft. in Pasay City West High School. Since 1949, this building has been use by various students. It was built in late 90's. Since now, This Building is occupied by the DOST students and several top sections of the Regular Class. The Science Laboratories and Resource Center are located in the first floor of this building together with II- Aristotle and I- Edison rooms. At the building's second level, the I- Sampaguita, I- Newton, II- Mendel, II- Mangga rooms can be found. The third level serves as the dwelling place for the several third year and fourth year rooms. This includes III- Dalton, III- Narra, IV- Scarlet, IV- Galileo. In the fourth floor, the Physics Laboratory could be found beside IV- Einstein's room. While the Chemistry Laboratory is located beside III- Lavoisier's room. Inside the T.B. At the left photo, as you can see, it is full of hanging plants in each window. Those plants are use for decoration and it is donated by the H.E. Department in Pasay City west High School. This Building is occupied by the most departmental rooms such as the M.A.P.E.H. Department and the H.E. (Home Economics) Department, but at the year 2008, The M.A.P.E.H. Department has moved at the BLB building.
