Students with concerns regarding the registration of Cariology, Orthodontics Laboratory, or Dental Materials Laboratory may authorize a proxy to register on their behalf, even if the representative is not a parent, guardian, or relative.

This exception is being implemented due to the changes in course codes reflected in the updated flowchart. To facilitate the registration process and avoid delays, authorized representatives may process the registration for affected students.

📌 Authorized representatives must present a printed and signed authorization letter and a valid ID of the student during the registration process.

Meet Dr. Nick Benildo C. Guzman, Dean of the NU MOA College of Dentistry and a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an esteemed international honor dental organization that recognizes outstanding contributions to the profession.

With decades of experience in dental education and professional practice, Dr. Guzman continues to shape future-ready dental professionals through innovation, industry-aligned learning, and a commitment to academic excellence.

Under his leadership, NU MOA achieved a 100% passing rate for first-time takers in the May 2026 Licensure Examination for Dentists and Dental Hygienist Licensure Examination. Further showcasing this culture of excellence, Nationalians also secured the Top 1, Top 3, and Top 5 spots in the Dental Hygienist Licensure Examination.
