As global tech supply chains expand, the push for critical minerals and silicon infrastructure increasingly encroaches on ancestral territories. This lecture confronts the direct impact of Pax Silica on Indigenous Peoplesโ rights to self-determination and their ongoing struggle to defend their ancestral lands against environmental exploitation.
As future members of the legal profession, law students must critically examine how global economic paradigms intersect with human rights and environmental justice.
