🎟️ DAY 1 RECAP: Kicking Off the Journey! 🚌💙💛

We started our Pause the Ride: A Journey of Hope and Empowerment celebration with an exciting Opening Program, setting the tone for a week dedicated to mental health, wellness, and connection!

Our Nationalians also got moving with Get Moving, Feel Better! 🕺💃 Through dance and movement, students were reminded that taking care of our physical wellness is also one way to care for our mental health. Sometimes, all it takes is moving to the beat to lift our spirits and recharge!

And that was just the beginning of our week-long journey! ✨
