Sumailalim sa assessment visit ng Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) ang Rizal Technological University (RTU)–Pasig Branch noong Agosto 25, 2026.
Kabilang sa sinuri ang College of Business and Management (CBM), Institute of Teacher Education (ITEd), at Institute of Computer Studies (ICS). Inilahad ng mga yunit ang kanilang mga programa, pasilidad, at mga hakbang para sa patuloy na pagpapahusay ng kalidad ng edukasyon.

Nagsilbi rin ang pagbisita bilang pagkakataon para sa talakayan, validation, at pagbibigay ng konstruktibong puna tungo sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng unibersidad.

The safety of every Rizaliano remains our shared priority.

Rizal Technological University launches RTU S.H.I.E.L.D. — Security, Hazard Prevention, Incident Response, Emergency Preparedness, Life Safety, and Defense, together with our Enhanced Campus Safety and Security Advisory for the Mandaluyong Main Campus and Pasig Branch.

The strengthened measures include enhanced entry and security screening, stricter control of prohibited items, improved threat reporting and emergency preparedness, and clear protocols during active threats.

We ask everyone - students, faculty, employees, and visitors to remain alert, cooperate with security personnel, and allow additional time when entering our campuses as these measures are implemented.

Campus safety is not the responsibility of one office alone. It is a shared responsibility.

Stay Alert. Report. Be Prepared.

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 ng Office of the President at sa mga anunsyo ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Mandaluyong at Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Pasig, ipatutupad ang sumusunod na kaayusan sa RTU Mandaluyong Main Campus at RTU Pasig Branch bukas, ika-18 ng Agosto 2026 (Martes):

PARA SA MGA KAWANI:

Ang lahat ng kawani, kabilang ang mga Contract of Service (COS) personnel, ay sasailalim sa Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement. Inaasahang patuloy na gagampanan ng lahat ang kani-kanilang tungkulin at responsibilidad alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran ng Pamantasan.

Ang mga tanggapang nagbibigay ng mahahalaga at kinakailangang serbisyo ay magpapatuloy ng operasyon kung kinakailangan, alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 128, gaya ng SSDRRMU, ASMO, PMSO, at GSU kabilang ang JGSS and BFMS.

PARA SA MGA KLASE:

Suspendido ang lahat ng in-person classes sa Mandaluyong Main Campus at Pasig Branch. Ang lahat ng klase ay isasagawa sa Asynchronous Learning Mode.

Hinihikayat ang lahat ng Rizaliano na manatiling ligtas at alerto at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na anunsyo ng Pamantasan.
