Every math major deserves a support system that inspires growth, builds confidence, and strengthens learning. At SUMMA Partylist, we are dedicated to creating a community where students uplift one another and strive for excellence together.

We share real experiences from alumni who have gone through the licensure journey to inspire future achievers. We strengthen academic performance through collaborative learning, peer support systems, and accessible academic assistance such as tutoring sessions and comprehensive reviewers. Beyond the classroom, we also aim to extend learning through outreach programs that help develop mathematical skills in local communities.

We extend our sincere appreciation to CASIO Calculators Philippines, through Aaron John A. Moriones, for sharing his knowledge during the seminar โ€œCalculearners: A Scientific Calculator Proficiency Workshop in Mathematicsโ€ held on March 30, 2026 at the PLP Function Hall.

Rather than simple functions, the session introduced ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฒ๐ž ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ž๐œ๐ก๐ง๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ to many students. Concepts such as the ๐‹๐š๐ฐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‚๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ, ๐ซ๐š๐ง๐๐จ๐ฆ ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, and ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฏ๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ were presented as practical ways to solve problems with greater ease and confidence.

For an entire month, the ๐’๐ข๐ฉ๐ง๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง ๐‚๐ฅ๐ฎ๐› dedicated its time, effort, and passion to empowering ๐€๐‹๐’ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ๐›๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐š ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐œ๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ. What began as a simple initiative to teach mathematics became a meaningful journey filled with learning, connection, and shared experiences for both tutors and learners

๐Ÿ“… ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ โ€“ The session focused on Perimeter, where learners were guided step by step in understanding how to measure the boundaries of different shapes. On this day, we also extended our heartfelt gratitude to the school principal by offering a small token of appreciation for the continuous support, trust, and opportunity given to our program.

๐Ÿ“… ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ โ€“ This session introduced GEMDAS, where learners explored the correct order of operations in solving mathematical expressions. The discussion focused on breaking down each step clearly, ensuring that learners understood the importance of following the proper sequence.

๐Ÿ“… ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐œ๐ก ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ• โ€“ The focus remained on GEMDAS, but with greater emphasis on problem-solving. Learners were challenged to apply what they had learned in more complex situations, encouraging them to think critically and analyze each step carefully.

This journey reminded us that education is a ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ-๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ. While we aimed to share our knowledge, we also gained valuable insights and experiences that helped us grow as future educators.

Together, we proved that when knowledge is shared with sincerity and purpose, learning becomes more powerful, impactful, and truly for everyone.
