Founded in 1995, PCAM is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines with SEC Registration number 04301, November 20 of the said year. PCAM is also registered with the Department of Health. Its certificate of Accreditation number is 98-0054 dated September 14, 1998 and a CPE multidisciplinary provider for Physician, Nursing and Pharmacist with PRC Accreditation number 99-188 approved January 1999.
