🚩 Why this is a scam:
Too Good to be True: No network provider gives away 51GB of data for free via a random Messenger link.

Suspicious Links: These messages often lead to unofficial websites that look real but are designed to harvest your login credentials.

Spreading Like Wildfire: If a friend sent this to you, their account might already be compromised.

Official Confirmation: According to DITO PH Telecommunity, the link in this message is not an official website.

Legitimate Sources: Legitimate promos from DITO are only announced through their official apps, websites, or verified pages.

Verify with Providers: Check the official social media pages or websites of GOMO, DITO, or Smart for any real promotions.

‎The program is scheduled for 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟰:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺. The morning session begins with a deep dive into the Unity Editor and sound design led by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘇𝗮, followed by a comprehensive exploration of movement, physics, and collisions with 𝗠𝗿. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘀.

‎In the afternoon, the focus transitions to visual development as 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝘂 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗼 introduces the fundamentals of Blender for game developers. To wrap up the technical training, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗼 will guide students through the complexities of the game asset pipeline, ensuring a complete understanding of how assets are integrated into a working project.

‎The event will be hosted by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗮 and features a formal program including a Doxology and the PTC Hymn. The Junior Philippine Computer Society - PTC Chapter is continuing the PTC UP: Game Development Knowledge Transfer series to help aspiring developers level up their technical skills.

Our second session, titled "Session 2: Game Data, Backend, Database, APIs, and Programming," is specifically designed to provide 1st Year BSIT and CCS students at Pateros Technological College with a deeper dive into the technical backbone of game development.

The program kicks off on April 15, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, beginning with a general assembly and formal opening ceremonies. Throughout the morning, participants will explore an Introduction to Game Programming and Backend, followed by a comprehensive discussion on Databases.

In the afternoon, the focus shifts toward understanding APIs. To ensure the knowledge sticks, the day features dedicated Hands-on Activities and Demos both in the morning and afternoon, allowing students to apply what they have learned in a practical setting.

Please be advised that this session is exclusive to official members of the organization. To participate, members must register through the link sent to their respective institutional emails.

This event will be hosted by Mr. John Paulo Tena alongside JPCS-PTC President Mr. Marc Emill Blancada, who will also be delivering the closing remarks. Highlighting the session is a powerhouse lineup of speakers from the 4th Year BSIT students, featuring Ms. Jhelna Mae Evangelio and Mr. Justin Angelo Eleria, who are ready to share their expertise in the field.
