Students who believe they qualify for the Academic Excellence Award but were not included in the initial list are hereby invited to file an appeal.

Please submit your complete evaluation documents to your respective College Office for verification and endorsement.

The Office of Student Affairs and Services has set the deadline for the submission of endorsed appeals and complete evaluation documents by the colleges on or before June 23, 2026 (Tuesday), at 3:00 PM. Late and incomplete submissions will no longer be accommodated.

Students are kindly advised to await the official announcement of the final list of awardees. Only those officially confirmed will be invited to participate in the Pagkila.

𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗡 𝗝𝗔𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝟭𝟰𝟰𝟴𝗛 | 𝗜𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗖 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥

Sulu State University announces the observance of Amun Jadid (Islamic New Year) 1448H. May this occasion inspire reflection, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to faith, peace, and unity among the Muslim Ummah.

In observance of this significant occasion, and pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 1083, otherwise known as the Code of Muslim Personal Laws of the Philippines, classes and office operations are suspended on June 16, 2026 (Tuesday), corresponding to the 1st day of Muharram 1448H.

Regular classes and office operations shall resume on the next working day.
