We, from the office of the SPEAR director ( faculty and staff), and on behalf of the Mindanao State University-Sulu constituents, formally recommend the reappointment of Prof. Nagder J. Abdurahman, Ed.D. as the Chancellor of Mindanao State University-Sulu for an additional term of 5 years.
Throughout his tenure, Dr. Abdurahman has exhibited outstanding leadership, vision and dedication to advancingthe university's mission, ensuring its continued success in academic excellence, research growth and community engagement.
Further, given the transformative and remarkable achievements of Dr. Abdurahman with his unwavering commitment and vision for the future will continue to bring about positive and sustainable growth of MSU-SULU. It is indeed the best interest of the university and its stakeholder to retain his leadership as Chancellor for another term.
Hence, we do wholeheartedly recommend the reappointment of Dr. Abdurahman for another term and urge the Board of Evaluators to approve this recommendation.
