The College of Pharmacy, in partnership with the College of Physical Therapy, successfully conducted an outreach program at Quibal Kindergarten Center, Peรฑablanca, Cagayan, on July 29, 2026.

With the theme, โ€œClean, Play, Learn. Be Kindergarten Ready!: Fostering Healthy, Active, School-Ready Kids,โ€ the program promoted school readiness through proper handwashing demonstrations, interactive games, and the distribution of school supplies.

The initiative was made possible through the collaboration of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Quibal and the dedicated support of the faculty members of the Colleges of Pharmacy and Physical Therapy.

โ€ŽJuly 27, 2026 | The College of Pharmacy of the Medical Colleges of Northern Philippines (MCNP) successfully conducted its annual Orientation Program, warmly welcoming new and returning pharmacy students as the Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 officially began.

โ€ŽThe program started with an opening prayer, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the MCNP Hymn.

โ€ŽProgram Coordinator ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐Œ๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ข๐ž ๐. ๐†๐ฎ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ, ๐‘๐๐ก, delivered the opening remarks and welcomed the students with the inspiring message, โ€œ๐‘ป๐’‰๐’Š๐’” ๐’‘๐’‚๐’•๐’‰ ๐’Š๐’” ๐’•๐’‰๐’† ๐’“๐’Š๐’ˆ๐’‰๐’• ๐’‘๐’‚๐’•๐’‰ ๐’ƒ๐’†๐’„๐’‚๐’–๐’”๐’† ๐’š๐’๐’–โ€™๐’“๐’† ๐’‰๐’†๐’“๐’†.โ€ She also introduced the College of Pharmacy's mission, vision, and academic policies, reminding students of the college's commitment to excellence, integrity, and academic success.

โ€ŽThe faculty members then gave informative presentations. ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š ๐. ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ณ, ๐‘๐๐ก, discussed the college's research and community extension programs, encouraging students to take part in research and community service. ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐๐š๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐Œ๐š๐ ๐ ๐š๐ฒ, ๐Œ๐๐€ discussed the Code of Student Conduct, reminding students about discipline, professionalism, and responsible behaviour.

โ€ŽMeanwhile, ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐Š๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐š ๐ˆ๐ฌ๐š๐›๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž ๐…๐ซ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฌ๐œ๐จ, ๐‘๐๐ก, explained the laboratory rules and regulations to help students maintain a safe and organised learning environment.

๐—™๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฆ๐—›๐— ๐—˜๐—ก ๐—ช๐—˜๐—˜๐—ž | A Three-Day Journey Toward Becoming Future Registered Pharmacists

On Day 1, freshmen participated in their classroom orientation, which included a tour of the new Pharmacy Laboratories, a cosmetic presentation, and viewing of promotional videos.

The activities continued on Day 2 at the MCNP-ISAP Gymnasium, where freshmen joined the General Welcome and Guidance Orientation Program (Part A).

The orientation concluded on Day 3 with Part B of the Guidance Orientation Program, equipping students with essential knowledge and support services as they embark on their academic journey.
