𝘼 𝙋𝙞𝙣. 𝘼 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙚. 𝘼 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣.

The Philippine Society of Customs Administration Students – ISAP Chapter (PSCAS-ISAP) extends its warmest congratulations to the Level III students on their Pinning, Candle Lighting, and Donning Ceremony.

Today, you pinned the symbol of the profession you aspire to uphold, lit a candle that represents the light of knowledge, commitment, and service, and donned the attire that signifies another step toward becoming future customs professionals.
As you continue this journey, may your pin remind you of your purpose, your flame guide you through every challenge, and your uniform remind you of the responsibility and dignity that come with the profession.

May you carry these symbols not only today, but throughout your journey—with integrity, competence, and a heart for service.
Congratulations, Batch 2028!

OPEN LETTER TO BSCA STUDENTS

Dear BSCA students,

I may not know each of you personally, so an open letter is the next best thing.

Being different is okay.

It takes grit to be yourself in a world that rewards conformity. Not everyone will understand your choices or the path you take, and that's okay. What matters is staying true to who you are and what you believe in.

Ako man ay itinuturing na kakaiba. Ilang beses na akong tinawag na puro aral, strict, killjoy at kung any-ano pa dahil lamang sa pagsunod ko sa aking pangarap. You are different because you have crossed paths others didn't, will never treat undervaluation as a discount coupon, will never welcome suspicious cargo with open arms, and will never say yes to corruption and oppression.

Walking alone is okay, too.

It takes courage to charge forward even if no one will follow you. Your resolve is a daily reminder that character matters more than conformity. The strength you show inspires more Filipinos than you may ever know.

Alam kong puyat ka ngayon. Uminom kang Vitamin C at damihan ang tubig na iniinom. Never forget your health always. Magpagaling ka.

You are loved.

With my utmost respect,

PSCAS-ISAP Chapter
