๐—œ๐—ก ๐—ฃ๐—›๐—ข๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฆ | College of Education tributes Future Educators in 2025 Pinning Ceremony: โ€œLighting the Path of Service, A Commitment to Excellence." at URSP GYMNASIUM, December 9.

Despite the rainy weather, Students alongside with their Guardians and Parents, still pressed on the Pinning Ceremony 2025 โ€”lighting the path of service and excellence for future educators. The ceremony did not only marked their readiness to serve but also celebrated the unwavering commitment of future educators.

๐—จ๐—ฃ๐——๐—”๐—ง๐—˜ | The Student Teachers Organization conducted the Student Teachers' Enhancement Program (STEP) Series 2025 seminar and teaching demonstrations with the theme, "Empowering Student Teachers: Innovating Teaching for the 21st Century," held at the University of Rizal System-Pililla, Audio-Visual Room (AVR) on November 12 and 19, 2025.

To provide the pre-service teachers with pedagogical skills and innovative ideas in the 21st century, the STO invited guest demonstrators in MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, ENGLISH, ARALING PANLIPUNAN, and FILIPINO. The teaching demonstration was led by Mr. Elizalvador B. Berin (Math), Ms. Richez V. Anero (Science), Mr. Don Andrew N. Garcia (A.P.), Ms. Veronica B. Benameje (English), and Ms. Jecelle H. Paz (Filipino), who are equipped with teaching strategies, pedagogical knowledge, and skills to hone and further enhance the lesson planning skills of future educators.

While, Mr. Darren Rey Canlas Javier was invited as a guest speaker for the seminar with his topic regarding, " Integrating Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Generative AI: Insights from DepEd Central Office Specialist." Gracing pre-service teachers with the discussion of proper integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in lesson planning.

Initiated by the Student Teachers Organization adviser, Prof. Mary Jean M. Paz, in attendance were the 4th-year students and 2nd-year students from the College of Education.

To equip pre-service teachers with innovative ideas for their incoming internship, the Student Teachers Organization (STO) commenced the first among the series of seminars under the Student Teachersโ€™ Enhancement Program (STEP) 2025 held at URSP Audio-Visual Room on November 12.

The seminar was graced by Mr. Darren Rey Canlas Javier, conferring ideas regarding the topic โ€œIntegrating Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Generative AI: Insights from a DepEd Central Office Specialist."

Instigated along with the organization's adviser, Prof. Mary Jean M. Paz, the program was attended by fourth year students and a block of second year students.
