Bicol University Polangui - College Student Council BU Polangui - CSC, serves as the MOTHER ORGANIZATION of all the accredited organizations.

It serves as the mother organization of all accredited organizations by facilitating several activities of students in the said institution the whole academic year. Programs and projects are also organized by the CSC for the total development of the students like Literary, Visual Arts, Musical and Dance Competitions and Leadership Trainings. The CSC functions according to what is stipulated in its constitution and by laws and to the Vision and Mission of the Bicol University and the Campus Goals and Objectives so that its purposes will not be stained with personal interests. CSCsโ€™ composition,structure and selection processes shall be governed by their constitutions and by laws or in the absence thereof, by the existing practice in the college.
