𝐅𝐘𝐈, 𝐁𝐔𝐞𝐧̃𝐨𝐬

Bicol University would like to clarify that an intercollegiate sports meet is scheduled in the last week of October, as decided upon during the 148th Regular Meeting of the BU Board of Regents, Secretary's Certification No. 48, Series of 2022.

This will be a three-day competitive sports event in preparation for the regional and national sports competitions, which were originally conducted every September in conjunction with the BU Founding Anniversary. Thus, BU Week, which used to be observed during September, was not rescheduled on the last week of October.

However, beginning this year, and henceforth, the founding anniversary will be celebrated every June 21st, during BU Charter Day, which is the anniversary of the actual promulgation of RA 5521 that gave birth to Bicol University.

The Office of the President released the Memorandum Order No. 281 series of 2022, Observance of Commemoration of the Birth Anniversary of General Simeon A. Ola, known as "Simeon Ola Day”. It has been declared as Special Non-Working holiday on September 2, 2022 (Friday).

The office reiterates observance of the said holiday by all personnel and students of Bicol University in all campuses except BU Gubat Campus which is located at the Sorsogon Province.

Please be guided accordingly.

3. Fill out the Course Creation Request Form
4. Please wait for the ICTO Admin to create your requested course in BU-LMS. Once the course is created, you can access and update using your BU Account.

Bicol University has declared SUSPENSION of face-to-face and online classes in all campuses as of 11 am today, August 22, 2022, until further notice.

This is due to the heavy rains and possible landslides and to ensure safety and security of students and faculty members.

Sa pagbubukas ng unang araw ng pasukan sa Pamantasan ng Bicol, mainit na sinalubong ni Isko ang pagbabalik ng mga BUeño sa unibersidad. Sa pamumuno ng University Student Council officers, binisita ni Isko ang ilang estudyante sa West at East Campus kaninang umaga, ika-15 ng Agosto.

Nagkatagpo rin ang landas ni Isko at CALibear, ang opisyal na maskot ng Kolehiyo ng Arte at Letra, habang nag-iikot ito sa nabanggit na kolehiyo.
