Unleash your artistry, break the boundaries, and design the shirt or polo that will represent who we are and what we stand for as ECE students. From minimalist concepts to full blown sublimation designs, the canvas is yours with no limits and no palette restrictions (but blue is always iconic ๐).

I. CONTEST MECHANICS
a. All entries must be original and unpublished designs. Plagiarized works will be automatically disqualified, and the participant will be banned from all future design-related events of BU AECES.
b. Each participant may submit up to three (3) entries per category (T-shirt and Polo)
c. Entries must be submitted via the provided Google Form link from November 27 to November 30, 2025.
d. All entries should be print-ready, with clear visibility of design elements suitable for T-shirt or Polo printing.
e. Submitted designs will be posted on the official BU AECES page. Designer names will not be revealed to ensure unbiased voting. Each design will be labeled as โDesign + (No.)โ (e.g., โDesign 1โ).
f. Voting will take place on December 1โ2, 2025, through a Google Form linked on the BU AECES page.
g. Every ECE student may vote for a maximum of three (3) designs in each category (T-shirt and Polo).
h. Voting will end on December 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
i. The entry with the highest number of votes per category will be selected as the official design for the BU AECES T-shirt or Polo.
j. Winners will be announced on December 3, 2025, and the names of the designers will also be revealed.
k. Designs should reflect the theme โBeyond the Blueprints, Highlighting the Creativity of ECE Students with Designs That Embody Talent and Vision.โ and embody creativity, innovation, and the spirit of Electronics Engineering.
l. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not follow the theme, guidelines, or submission rules.
II. DESIGN CRITERIA
a. The T-Shirt or Polo Design/s must be own original, unpublished work. By entering, it is agreed that the submission is own work, and BU AECES has exclusive rights to use your design.
b. Both the front and back of the T-shirt can be utilized for designing. T-shirt color would be either BLACK, or WHITE.
c. Designers may utilize any part of the polo shirt, including the torso (FRONT AND BACK) and SLEEVES, in their design.
d. The design should be relevant to the ECE course and would represent the BU AECES organization and Identity.
e. The designs should be creative, and should not contain any inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful words, imagery, and content.
f. The "Bicol University Association of Electronics Engineering Students" or "BU AECES" name as well as the organization logo should be included in the design.
g. BU AECES allows any color, but blue is highly recommended as it represents the organizationโs color.
h. Design entry should include:
> A high-resolution JPG or PNG of just the design image.
> A JPG or PNG of the design is placed on a t-shirt template to show the design placement.
