Announcement:

To all incoming First Year students,
The Clinic will be accepting students for Physical Examination on the following
dates: July 2, 6, 9, 13, 14, 16 (we will be posting another schedule soon)

Those who already have secured their medical certificates from other agencies/private doctors, you can submit it at the clinic from Monday- Thursday 8am-4pm together with your laboratory results.

Bring your long brown envelop, 1pc 2x2 picture and ballpen with you....

Enrollment starts on July 13.

Good news, to help you ease with your time and transportation expenses as to your Medical Requirements, we have been informed that our Pontevedra Primary Care Facility (formerly RHU) is offering the following Laboratory Examinations...

1. Urinalysis
2. Fecalysis - for BSHM/Healthcare
3. CBC
4. HbsAg - for BSHM/Healthcare

The facility will also accommodate you for your physical examination needs once you have the complete Laboratory results.

Drug Test- Any Accredited Drug Testing Centers near you

Chest Xray - Bailan District Hospital or any nearest facility

Just secure your Laboratory Requests at the Clinic... Please be guided....Thank you
