We are pleased to announce that 𝗠𝗿. 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗔. 𝗕𝗶𝗯𝗼𝘀𝗼 will serve as the esteemed guest speaker for the 𝟴𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 of West Visayas State University–Pototan Campus, scheduled on May 25, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Community Center I.

Mr. Biboso is a Salesforce-certified professional and Tableau Data Analyst with over eight years of experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations across international organizations. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of WVSU–Pototan (BSIS Class of 2011), he has built a distinguished career in Salesforce administration, business analysis, and Agile project delivery, with strong expertise in automation, data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

He currently serves as a Salesforce Administrator and Project Manager for a US-based healthcare company, where he leads end-to-end solution delivery, drives process optimization, and ensures data integrity and user adoption. His professional experience also includes providing regional support to over 500 users across Asia, alongside conducting international training and cross-functional collaboration.

Recognized for his ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and sustainable digital solutions, Mr. Biboso brings a strong track record in platform optimization, analytics, and enterprise system governance.

His presence as a distinguished alumnus and accomplished professional in the global tech industry embodies the values of excellence, perseverance, and innovation that the institution upholds. His message is expected to resonate deeply with the awardees, encouraging them to pursue their goals with passion and purpose. Through his journey, he stands as a living testament that WVSU Pototan graduates can thrive and succeed on the international stage. 🤷

University offices will continue delivering services through remote arrangements on Fridays. For transactions and in-person visits, kindly plan your schedule from Monday to Thursday.

This measure is in compliance with WVSU Presidential Memorandum No. 26-084 adopting energy conservation practices.
