Grantees may be previous beneficiaries of financial assistance programs who lost their benefits due to failure in meeting the qualifications for award/grant renewal. Said grantee must be in need of financial assistance to continue studying. Grantees may be current beneficiaries of financial assistance programs who need additional support.
