In consideration of the prevailing weather conditions and the advisories issued by government authorities, and while current weather forecasts indicate manageable conditions, Trinity University of Asia is implementing the following arrangements for Friday, August 28, 2026:
a. Online synchronous modality for all classes will be implemented on August 28, 2026 (Friday). Faculty members shall provide appropriate synchronous learning activities and/or other learning arrangements.
b. Remote work shall be implemented. Employees who are able to perform their duties remotely shall work from home and remain available during regular working hours. Employees whose functions cannot be performed remotely may file the appropriate leave, subject to existing University policies and procedures.
c. Essential services shall continue to operate. Offices and personnel performing essential services shall continue to report as necessary to ensure the continuity of critical University operations. Appropriate arrangements shall be coordinated by the concerned Deans, OICs, and Unit Heads.
The University continues to prioritize the safety and well-being of students and employees while ensuring the continuity of essential academic and administrative operations. All concerned are advised to continue monitoring official government advisories and University announcements for any further updates.
