EVERYTHING HAS ITS OWN WAY, AND THE PATH TO PARADISE IS KNOWLEDGE.

لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ طَرِيقٌ وَطَرِيقُ الْجَنَّةِ الْعِلْمُ

Hindi lahat ng daan ay patungo sa Paraiso. Ang daan ng kayamanan ay maaaring mauwi sa pagkaligaw, ang daan ng kasikatan ay maaaring mauwi sa pagmamataas. Pero ang daan ng kaalaman, ito ang daan na ginagarantiyahan ng Allah.

Sinabi ng Propeta Muhammad ﷺ:
"Sinuman ang tumahak sa landas ng paghahanap ng kaalaman, pagagaanin ng Allah para sa kanya ang daan patungong Paraiso." [Sahih Muslim]

Bakit ang Kaalaman ang Daan tungo sa Paraiso?

1. Dahil ang Kaalaman ang nagpapakilala sa atin sa Allah. Hindi mo masasamba ang hindi mo kilala. Sa pamamagitan ng 'ilm, nalalaman natin kung sino ang Rabb natin, ano ang gusto Niya, at paano tayo maliligtas.

2. Dahil ang Kaalaman ang nagpapakita ng Tama at Mali. Kung walang kaalaman, ang haram ay nagiging halal sa paningin ng tao. Ang kaalaman ang ilaw (Nur) na gumagabay para hindi tayo maligaw sa dilim ng kamangmangan (Jahil).

3. Dahil ang Kaalaman ay sinasamahan ng Gawa. Ang tunay na may alam ay hindi lang nagbabasa — nagsasabuhay. At ang bawat gawang mabuti na bunga ng kaalaman ay nagiging hasanat na magdadala sa atin sa Jannah.

Kaya ang bawat bagay may paraan — pero kung gusto mo ng Paraiso, mag-aral. Maghanap ng kaalaman. Dahil ang tinta ng iskolar ay mas mabigat kaysa sa dugo ng martir.

INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP, ACADEMIC DEVELOPMENT, AND CONTINUING MISSION

Under the leadership of Dr. Mohammad Alioden M. Manalinding, Ph.D., President of Da’wah Islamic Open University, Philippines (DIOUP), the University has pursued a sustained commitment to the advancement of Islamic education, Arabic language studies, and accessible higher learning through innovative and academically structured online programmes.

Since its continuing development from 2019 onwards, DIOUP has sought to provide learners with meaningful opportunities to pursue Islamic and Arabic studies regardless of geographical location or professional circumstance. Through its expanding range of academic programmes—from foundational Arabic studies and diploma-level qualifications to Kulliyah and Majister programmes—the University has served and graduated thousands of learners across different fields of Islamic and Arabic education.

A significant number of DIOUP graduates have subsequently contributed to the educational and religious life of their communities. Among them are Madrasah educators and Modarris, ALIVE and ISAL teachers, Shari‘ah practitioners and counsellors, Islamic educators, and Du‘āt and Dā‘iyāt, whose professional and community service reflects the wider purpose of education: the responsible transmission of knowledge and its application for the benefit of society.

The University's academic development has taken place within a rapidly changing educational environment. Even during the profound disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, DIOUP maintained its commitment to the continuity of Islamic learning through online instruction and academic engagement. This period demonstrated the importance of accessible digital education and reinforced the University's determination to ensure that the pursuit of knowledge would not be constrained by circumstances beyond the learner's control.

The continued development of DIOUP has been made possible through the collective contribution of its academic leadership, Mashāyikh, educators, coordinators, and members of its wider academic community. Particular recognition is due to
Dr. Nasroden Ibrahim Imam Alamada , DIOUP Director, whose continued academic and institutional support has contributed to the University's educational development and continuity.

Like many developing educational institutions, DIOUP has also experienced periods of transition and institutional challenge. Some individuals who had previously contributed to the University's student services and academic activities eventually established independent educational initiatives of their own and consequently departed from DIOUP. Such developments formed part of the University's institutional journey. Nevertheless, DIOUP remained committed to its students and continued to provide educational services with perseverance, institutional responsibility, and trust in the guidance and mercy of Allah ﷻ.

The history of DIOUP is therefore best understood not simply as the development of an online educational institution, but as an ongoing academic endeavour dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, the preservation and transmission of Islamic scholarship, the development of educators and community leaders, and the widening of access to meaningful Islamic education.

Through its continued academic work, DIOUP seeks to contribute to a generation of graduates who are not only knowledgeable in their respective fields, but also prepared to serve their communities with intellectual integrity, ethical responsibility, professional competence, and a sincere commitment to the advancement of the Ummah.

GABAY PARA SA MGA NAGNANAIS MAGING ASATIDZ / ALIVE TEACHER

1. ALAMIN MUNA KUNG SAANG SCHOOLS DIVISION MAY VACANT POSITION

Alamin kung aling Schools Division Office (SDO) ang may available na ALIVE/Madrasah teaching position o kasalukuyang tumatanggap ng applications para sa Asatidz.

Maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa:

- SDO Human Resource Office
- Division ALIVE/MEP Coordinator
- Concerned Public School Principal

2. IHANDA ANG MGA KAILANGANG DOKUMENTO

Karaniwang ihahanda ang mga sumusunod, depende sa vacancy announcement at requirements ng SDO:

• Application Letter – addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent (SDS), at kung kinakailangan, through the Division ALIVE/MEP Coordinator
• Certificate of Rating / Certificate of Passing sa QEALIS
