: The Leave of Absence (LOA) Application deadline is on 19 November 2025 (Wednesday).

This includes getting your instructor's consent, having your adviser "note"/approve your application, and paying the fees indicated in the dropping form/LOA.

Please note that the Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET) Answering Module in the Computerized Registration System (CRS) is now open until 5 December (Friday) 2025.

This applies to all units except the MBA and MS Finance programs of the Cesar E.A. Virata School of Business, the Master of Management (MM), and Master in Governance and Innovative Leadership (MGIL) programs of UPDEPP/O, PM-TMEM, and UPSA.

Students may accomplish the SET by logging into their CRS accounts and clicking on the “SET Answering Module.” Those who fail to answer the SET will be tagged as "low priority" in the next term's pre-enlistment.

Note that the evaluation of the teaching performance of teaching fellows and teaching associates (TFs/TAs) should also be conducted during the period stated above via CRS (if available).

For TFs and TAs who are not included in the CRS, kindly accomplish this Qualtrics Form during the same period: https://upsystemdiliman.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8eHjMrIfnz1H8R8

[ SLAS ONLINE APPLICATION: FIRST SEMESTER ]

: The Student Learning Assistance System Online (SLAS Online) is now open for the First Batch of applications for the First Semester AY 2025-2026.

To apply, go to: https://slasonline.up.edu.ph (can accessed through UP mail).

Application Period: August 20 to 27 (Wednesday)
Release of Results will be on: August 28 (Thursday)
Submission of appeals is on: August 28 to September 4 (Thursday)

We are encouraging everyone to apply for appeals should you not be able to get assistance during the first try.

Good luck to takers this August 2 and 3!

Mga munting paalala:
- Huwag kalilimutan ang test permit at ID!
- Paki-double check ang testing hall at room sa inyong mga permit. Siguraduhin din na nasa tama kayong testing center/venue. May mga estudyante noon na muntik nang ma-late dahil ang akala nila ay sa UP Diliman ang kanilang testing center ngunit ito pala ay sa UP Manila. Sana ay walang makaranas nito ngayon.
- Dumating nang maaga.
- Magdala ng lapis, maayos na eraser, at pantasa. Siguraduhin din na maayos ang pagkakatasa ng mga lapis.
- Puwedeng magbaon ng pagkain (huwag lang masabaw at chicharon!) at tubig pero siguraduhin na may laman ang tiyan bago ang exam, lalo na sa morning session.
- Magsuot ng damit na kumportable. Magdala rin ng jacket para hindi lamigin kung sakaling air conditioned ang testing room.
- Laging icheck ang UPCAT - U.P. System para sa mga anunsyo.
- Matulog nang sapat bago ang araw ng exams. Alam nating hirap makatulog ang mga night owls (?) at ang mga nagkacram sa pagrereview, pero mas okay na may sapat tayong pahinga. May iba kasing nakakatulog habang ang iba naman ay halos bumigay na ang katawan sa mismong araw ng exam. Alagaan ang inyong sarili! Pahinga.
- Panghuli, magtiwala sa sarili!
