ANNOUNCEMENT

To all students enrolled and planning to enroll for Academic Year 2026–2027 under the Alumni Scholarship and Barangay Scholarship programs:

The Registrar’s Office is currently conducting a re-evaluation and verification of scholarship records due to corrections in the checking of grade requirements during the enrollment period.

In this regard, we are requesting the following students to submit and encode their information:

β€’ Students who were previously removed from the scholarship list due to grade evaluation
β€’ Students who already received scholarship approval

This process is intended to double-check records and correct the scholarship status of qualified students for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Please provide the following information:
β€’ Full Name
β€’ Student ID Number
β€’ Course/Program
β€’ Year Level
β€’ Scholarship Type (Alumni Scholarship or Barangay Scholarship)
β€’ Barangay
