From his Solemn Commissioning at the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of La Naval Manila in August 2024 to tomorrowโ€™s address, ๐…๐ซ. ๐‰๐จ๐ก๐ง ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐. ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐šโ€™๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ has stood as a beacon of unity, purpose, and transformation.
