Sometimes, all it takes is one person who is willing to reach outโ€”a single conversation with someone who is willing to listen without judgment.

A heart that is willing to ask, to communicate, and, even when the right words cannot be found, to listen without judgment. An extending hand that makes them feel that they are not burden, rather makes them feel that their existence is essential in our society
