This is it, Freshies! We’re once again filling up the University Theater to officially welcome all of you into the university. Prepare your energy for an unforgettable afternoon packed with excitement 🎉, performances 🕺, and that undeniable Iskolar ng Bayan spirit ✊!

The UP Diliman Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs proudly presents the 2026 University Welcome Assembly, which will take place on September 7, 2026 (Monday) at the UP Diliman University Theater from 2PM to 5PM.

There will be a live stream on our page for those who cannot join us face-to-face.

UPD Freshies, Transferees, New Graduate Students, and Foreign Students with (SN starting in 2026) can register at: bit.ly/UPDUWA2026 (UP mail access only)

Slots are limited and registration is on a first-come first-served basis. Participants are required to bring their Form 5/ Form 5A/ UP ID upon registration. We will also cross-check the registrants to the master list provided by the OUR.

🚨 ADVISORY: POSTPONEMENT OF THE 3RD PHASE CNVR PROGRAM 🚨

Due to forecasted heavy rains and inclement weather conditions, please be advised that the Catch-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (CNVR) Program scheduled for tomorrow, August 29, 2026, is officially POSTPONED.

The safety and well-being of our community, volunteers, and the animals remain our top priority.

Please keep your pets and community animals safe, warm, and indoors during the heavy rains.

We will announce the new schedule on this page as soon as the weather clears and a new date is finalized.

[ PREP UP: FREE TUTORIAL PROGRAM ]

The Diliman Learning Resource Center (DLRC) is offering PREP UP Tutorial Program, a FREE tutorial service designed to help students, especially our newly admitted Freshies, adjust to their UPD life!

To book a tutorial session, you may send an email to [email protected] or visit the DLRC Office at Room 303, 3rd floor, Student Union Building (behind Vinzons Hall). Please book your tutorial session at least one (1) day in advance.

We're excited to announce the updated schedule of the FOP 2026!

Date: 24 August 2026 (Monday)
Time: 9 AM to 12 NN (AM Session) and 2 PM to 5 PM (PM Session)
Venue: UPD University Theater

Note for students: Your previous registration is still valid. No additional registration is required. Walk-ins are also welcome.

The UP Office of Admissions has announced an extension of the deadline for the submission of UPCAT 2027 Forms 1, 2B, and certified true copies of Grades 8–11.

The deadline is extended until 07 September 2026 (Monday).

UPCAT 2027 Extended deadline for Forms 1 and 2B, Form 2A, and Hard copy of Grades Submission

UPCAT 2027 applicants who took the exam must update, fill out and submit their Forms 1 and 2B through the online portal. Certified true copies of Grades 8, 9, 10, and 11 must also be submitted to the UP Office of Admissions, located at UP Diliman, Quezon City.

Deadline is extended until 07 September 2026.

Access the applicant's online portal at https://upcat2027online.up.edu.ph/

Failure to submit your online Form 2B and the required hard copy of your grades may result in your application not being processed.

Please be reminded to NOT withdraw your application if you have incorrect information in the online application.

Grade 12 school officials must also use the Form 2A online portal to update their school information and signatories, and confirm their Grade 12 students until the same extended deadline.

Further email notification regarding the extension may be sent next week.
