Please be informed that the release of students’ documents by the College Registrar shall be temporarily affected from May 06 to May 15, 2026 due to the unavailability of authorized signatories, who will be officially attending the College’s graduation rites and annual planning activities during this period.

Normal processing and release of documents shall resume upon their return to the office.

With heavy hearts, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Jolly A. Miguel (1972–2026) — a remarkable leader, mentor, and a mother figure to many.

Dr. Jolly was more than a Program Head; she was a guiding light whose kindness, wisdom, and compassion touched countless lives. In the Bestlink community, she was “Mommy Jolly”—a source of warmth, encouragement, and unwavering support. She believed in others even before they believed in themselves, leaving a lasting impact on every student and colleague she encountered.

Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those she inspired, nurtured, and loved like family.

As we grieve her passing, we also celebrate a life devoted to service, empathy, and genuine care for others.

We extend our deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.
