The APO Congress Alumni Association proudly congratulates its Vice-President for Internals, Brod 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. π‰π¨π¬πžπ₯𝐒𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐒𝐬𝐨 "𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. π‚πšπ©π¬" 𝐁. π‚πšπ©πšπ«π’Γ±π¨ on his election as the π‘πžπ©π«πžπ¬πžπ§π­πšπ­π’π―πž to the Grievance Committee for the Second Level Rank and File Employees of the House of Representatives of the Philippines.

Brod Atty. Caps will take part in the deliberations of issues, complaints and disputes brought before the Grievance Committee by employees holding positions of Legislative Staff Officer I (LSO I) to Supervising Legislative Staff Officer III (SLSO III). His background in law, litigation, dispute resolution, and investigation will be vital to the performance of his new duty.

Brod Atty. Caps is the OIC Chief of the Internal Security Group (ISG), Legislative Security Bureau (LSB) under the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA).

We remember our former long-time President, Brod π’πšπ› 𝐅π₯𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 on his 3rd year with our Creator.

It was during Brod Sab's time that was finally recognized and installed as an institution-based alumni association by the .

Brod Sab earned his BS Tourism from UP Diliman and subsequently pursued his Master's in National Security Administration (MNSA) from the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP).
