is one of the premier engineering schools in the country that also offers undergraduate programs in architecture, computer studies, business, education, and the arts. It has likewise ventured into senior high school academic tracks and postgraduate studies in selected engineering and computing disciplines. T.I.P. is a private non-sectarian stock school founded on February 8, 1962, by a group of educators headed by Engineer Demetrio A. Quirino, Jr. and Dr. Teresita U. Quirino.

For 12 years, Marjon Helem has helped keep the T.I.P. community safe. But beyond his duties as a security guard, he has also become a familiar and caring presence in the lives of students.

Over the years, he has come to see the students as his own children. Through simple acts of guidance, assistance, and care, he has become part of their everyday lives and the dreams they continue to pursue.

Helping students reach their dreams is not only about what happens inside the classroom. Sometimes, it begins with having someone who looks out for you.
