Verification of the Certificate of Training Completion (CTC) for Updating Course on Basic Training – Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (BT-PSSR)

The Certificate of Training Completion (CTC) Template Updating BT-PSSR can be verified by scanning the QR code printed on the Certificate of Training Completion.

To verify the CTC for the Updating Course on BT-PSSR, follow these steps:

- Select the Name of the Maritime Training Institution (MTI) from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Year of Training.
- Enter the last six (6) digits of the CTC number.
- Review the displayed data for verification.

NOTE: For any issues or concerns regarding your Certificate of Training Completion, please coordinate directly with your MTI where you completed the course for proper assistance and verification.

Maritime Training Institute (MTI) - Training Records [Within one (1) working day after the completion of the training course]

DOH-accredited Medical Facilities for Seafarer - Medical Records [Within two (2) working days after the completion of medical examination]

Manning Agency / Shipping Company - Sea Service Records [Within three (3) working days from the disembarkation of the seafarer]

Assessment Center - Assessment Records [Within one (1) working day after the completion of the assessment]
