Applicants should have obtained a graduate degree (MA, MFA, or PhD) or be working toward one and be well-versed in film theory, criticism, and history, including Philippine cinema history, world cinema and visual culture; it is a plus if the applicant has published in film studies or has a creative practice.

UPFI is also accepting applications for ๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ (๐Ÿ) ๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ-๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ for 1st semester AY 2026-27.

Applicants should have a creative practice and have already produced films/moving image works. They should be able to teach theory and practice and handle one or a combination of the following production courses: scriptwriting, animation, photography, and acting
