Pause, breathe, and reconnect.

Leading up to the International Day of Yoga 2026 and as part of the AC Wellness Program, we invite everyone to join our 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆. Through guided movement and meditation, participants can cultivate mindfulness, balance, and resilience amid the demands of daily life.

Eid al-Adha Mubarak from the UP Asian Center!

The UP Asian Center joins our Muslim brothers and sisters in the Philippines and around the world in celebrating Eid al-Adha, the Feast of Sacrifice.

Observed as one of the most significant occasions in Islam, Eid al-Adha is the second of two great Islamic festivals, the other being Eid al-Fitr. It marks the culmination of the hajj (pilgrimage) and is celebrated by Muslims throughout the world. It also commemorates Ibrahim's (Abraham) faithfulness to Allah, as evidenced by his willingness to sacrifice his only son, Ishmael. (Britannica Encyclopedia)
