Youth for Tourism and Hospitality Conference A tourism conference on its 10th year organized by the UP AIT Alumni Association. Don't miss out and register now!

For seven years now, we have contributed to developing world-class practitioners in the tourism and hospitality industry through the annual Youth for Tourism and Hospitality International Conference (Y4TH). This is organized by the UP Asian Institute of Tourism Association of Alumni (UP AAA). Apart from the forum, there are also inter-school competitions, wherein students showcase their knowledge and skills as they produce outputs that will be helpful to the development and advancement of tourism as an academic discipline. Tourism moves people, connects communities, creates opportunities, and allows us to experience the stories, cultures, and places that make every destination meaningful.

But as we celebrate what tourism has made possible, we also look ahead to what it can become.

As destinations evolve, technologies reshape the way we travel, and communities navigate new opportunities and challenges, the future of tourism will depend on how we learn from today and respond to what comes next.

This National Tourism Week, Y4TH celebrates everyone who continues to learn, serve, innovate, adapt, and contribute to the tourism and hospitality industry from students and educators to professionals, communities, and travelers.

Yes, we heard you!

For two consecutive years, the Y4TH has met bad weather conditions leading to the unexpected cancellation of trips of our provincial delegates.

Thus, the Y4TH Conference Committee has made a decision to permanently move the annual conference to February.

We are officially announcing that the 10th Y4TH is happening on February 2027.

Preparations are underway and we have enough time to make it bigger and better as a fitting close to UP AIT's 50 years of Tourism Education in the Philippines.
