is an organization of the students and alumni of the UP Diliman Women and Development Studies which envisions a society of empowered gender advocates advancing gender equity, human rights, and social justice. OBJECTIVES
To provide students who are new in the program with close guidance through an orientation focused on discussions regarding academic requirements and common college processes among

others
To help promote women’s studies through creating a solid network among alumni and students currently enrolled in the program in which students can engage in sharing experiences with each other
To strengthen the college’s socio-civic outreach programs to community-based organizations

ACHIEVEMENTS NI RISA HONTIVEROS SA SENATE HEARING ON WAR OF DRUGS

1. Napaamin si Duterte na sinabihan nya ang mga pulis na i-provoke ang mga drug war suspects na manlaban para mapatay nila

2. Cinorrect si Duterte at sinabihang “very incorrect” ang pagsabing tama lang na pinapatay ang mga drug suspects tulad ng mga Mayors dahil labag sa Saligang Batas

3. Cinall out si Senator Jinggoy sa attempt nyang magpatawa at rinemind si Senator Koko na serious na usapan ang extrajudicial killings

4. Binara si Duterte na nagsabing lahat daw pupuntang impyerno. Sabi ni Senator Risa: “wala po akong ambisyong pumuntang impyerno (kasama ni Du30).” 😂

5. Natameme o napikon si Duterte dahil ginigisa sya ni Senator Risa na mag take ng responsibility sa pagkamatay ni Kian Delos Santos, Carl Arnaiz, at iba pang specific na mga pangalan na mga biktima ng war on drugs.

Napikon si Duterte dahil ginamit ni Senator Risa ang mga sariling salita at statements nuon ni Duterte na sya lang may responsibilidad at sya lang dapat makulong.

6. Pinakita kung gano katanga na abugado si Duterte na pilit nagpapalusot na para managot sa pagkamatay ni Kian eh kelangan he must have personally killed Kian (note: mali eto dahil pwedeng makulong ang mastermind kahit hindi sya mismo ang bumaril)

7. Pinakita na the last man standing is a woman - mula kay Alice Guo to Quiboloy to Du30 hearings, sya lang ang consistent na walang takot at walang bias.

Trabaho lang, sa tama lang, sa batas at hustisya lang.

God, I can’t imagine the Senate without Risa Hontiveros. Thank God she won in 2022!
