Ninoy Aquino Day invites us to consider the courage behind conviction.

August 21 commemorates the life and legacy of Benigno “Ninoy” S. Aquino Jr., whose commitment to his principles and democratic ideals became a defining part of Philippine history. His story continues to raise an important question: what does it mean to stand by what we believe, especially when doing so demands courage?

May this day remind us that conviction carries responsibility, and that courage begins with the choice to stand.

ICYMI: Parents-Faculty Dialogue 2026: Partners in Students' Success July 31, 2026

TUA’s Respiratory Therapy Department successfully conducted the Parents-Faculty Dialogue to strengthen the partnership between parents and the faculty in supporting the academic, personal, and professional growth of our students.

The dialogue served as a venue to discuss the department's goals, academic expectations, student support services, clinical training, and the vital role of parents in helping students succeed.

In observance of Ninoy Aquino Day, there will be no classes and no office operations at Trinity University of Asia on Friday, August 21, 2026. Classes will resume on Saturday, August 22, while regular office operations will resume on Monday, August 24.

Quezon Day commemorates Manuel L. Quezon and the vision he carried for the Filipino nation.

Born on August 19, 1878, Quezon became the second President of the Philippines and the first President of the Commonwealth. His leadership came at a defining period in the country's history, when the Philippines was moving toward greater self-government and building a stronger sense of national identity.

May his vision remind us of the work each generation carries forward for the nation.
